About The Role As a Seasonal Retail Sales Representative, you will provide outstanding customer service while efficiently managing point of sale transactions. Your focus will be on delivering a swift service experience while enhancing customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Welcome customers warmly, assist them in finding products, and efficiently handle cash register operations, including scanning items and processing payments. Adhere to company standards for point of sale and customer service while ensuring a friendly, prompt, and effective service experience. Achieve or surpass personal sales goals related to credit applications and customer loyalty sign-ups. Maintain inventory integrity by accurately completing necessary point of sale and merchandise management protocols. Help onboard new team members by sharing best practices and teaching point of sale procedures, ensuring compliance with Kohl's brand standards. Engage in daily operational tasks such as register balancing, supply replenishment, and managing cash change orders.
