ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet all customers warmly and proactively assist them throughout their shopping journey. Engage authentically with customers to convey your passion for sports, demonstrating knowledge, dedication, and commitment to their chosen activities. Maintain company standards in merchandising for top brands, while promoting various company programs (like warranty sales, loyalty initiatives, seasonal offers, etc.). Foster an inclusive atmosphere where every associate and customer feels welcome, safe, and respected. Perform additional duties as necessary to support your team and respond to business needs. QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred. Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items weighing between 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally (up to 5 times per hour). Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods (up to 4 hours). Capacity to perform repetitive motions for short durations (up to 2 hours continuously). Targeted Pay Range: $17.00 - $24.00. The starting rate of pay may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and the position offered.
