About The Role Join our dynamic team as a Seasonal Retail Sales Representative, where your passion for customer service will shine. In this role, you'll provide exceptional service during point of sale and customer service processes, ensuring operational efficiency and speed in transactions while creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products and services, effectively operating a cash register, scanning items, bagging merchandise, and processing various payment methods.

Deliver fast and efficient service while adhering to company standards for point of sale and customer service.

Aim to meet or exceed personal performance goals, such as credit and loyalty program targets.

Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory by properly executing all required point of sale and merchandise handling procedures.

Assist in training new team members by sharing best practices, guiding them through point of sale procedures, and ensuring compliance with our brand standards.

Engage in daily operational tasks, including cash balancing, change orders, and replenishing supplies.

No prior retail experience is necessary.

Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.

Availability for flexible scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred: Prior experience in client-facing retail or service roles.

Compensation: Starting pay at $14.00 per hour.
