In this role, you will ensure seamless point of sale transactions while enhancing the overall customer experience. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can deliver speedy service and a friendly atmosphere. What You’ll Do Engage with customers by warmly greeting them and assisting with their product and service needs. Operate the cash register, scan items, pack merchandise, and process various payment methods.

Execute point of sale and customer service standards with precision, providing courteous and efficient service to every customer.

Achieve personal sales goals, such as credit and loyalty program sign-ups, while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

Help ensure inventory accuracy by thoroughly completing all point of sale and merchandise handling practices.

Facilitate training for new staff on the service team by sharing best practices and demonstrating company standards.

Participate in essential daily operations, including managing register functions, cash balancing, and inventory supply replenishment.

What Skills You Have Required Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

No prior retail experience is necessary; we are willing to train the right candidates.

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Flexible availability for various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Previous experience in a client-facing retail or service role.
