About The Role Join our team as a Seasonal Retail Sales Representative, where you'll provide exceptional customer service while ensuring operational excellence. Your mission will be to create a remarkable shopping experience for our customers and facilitate speedy service at the point of sale. What You'll Do Warmly greet customers and assist them with product inquiries and purchases. Accurately process transactions using the cash register, scanning items, bagging merchandise, and handling various payment methods. Consistently meet or exceed individual performance goals such as credit and loyalty sign-ups. Contribute to inventory accuracy by following proper point of sale and merchandise handling procedures. Help onboard new team members by sharing best practices and training them in point of sale processes. Participate in essential daily operations including cash balancing and supply replenishment. What Skills You Have Required Outstanding customer service abilities with a keen attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. No prior retail experience required. Must be at least 16 years old. Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Experience in client-facing roles within retail or service industries.
