About the Role Join us as a Seasonal Retail Sales Representative where you'll be the face of our brand, providing outstanding customer service and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth transactions and operational efficiency. What You'll Do Welcome and assist customers with their product inquiries and purchases, operating the cash register efficiently, scanning items, bagging merchandise, and processing various payment methods.

Maintain high standards of customer service by providing friendly, fast, and effective service in alignment with company policies.

Aim to meet or exceed individual performance goals, contributing to team success.

Support inventory control by precisely completing required point of sale and merchandise handling practices.

Help train new team members on best practices and company standards related to service and point of sale procedures.

Assist with daily operations including cash balancing, change orders, and supply replenishment.

No prior retail experience required.

Must be at least 16 years old.

Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
