Overview Seasonal Licensed Health Insurance Agent - Remote
Our Seasonal Licensed Health Insurance Agents support customers with Medicare or Marketplace health insurance plans during the AEP/OEP season. A resident state license is required; ResultsCX will support you in the purchase of any additional licenses required for your new position. There is no leads listonly qualified live leads transferred.
Responsibilities
Explain the features and advantages of the available medical plans and assist new members as well as current members with cost/plan analysis to identify the best products during their yearly review.
This is a sales position with paid training; it is not commission-based.
Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED required
License: Resident Health Insurance License in hand with CE completed
Sales Skills: Charismatic and persuasive individuals who excel at building relationships and closing deals
Technical Proficiency: Ability to toggle between multiple systems; intermediate/advanced proficiency
Availability: Open availability between 7am12am EST 7 days a week during season
Pay Expectations: Seasonal pay rates move from base pay to $21/hr on the first day of the selling season and return to base rates after the selling season; pay rates vary by program fit during selection
Remote Work Requirements A PC or laptop running Windows 10 (no Mac, Chromebook, tablet, or smartphone)
High-speed Internet minimum download 10 Mbps and minimum upload 6 Mbps
Direct Ethernet connection to the modem (WiFi is not acceptable)
Two dedicated computer monitors (minimum 13 inches)
VoIP USB headset with microphone and a webcam for training
Dedicated home workspace free of background noise and distractions
Additional equipment specifications will be tested during the interview process
