Overview Seasonal Licensed Health Insurance Agent - Remote role at ResultsCX. The position supports customers with their Medicare or Marketplace health insurance plans during the AEP/OEP season. Responsibilities Explain features and advantages of available medical plans and assist new members while supporting current members with cost/plan analysis to identify the best products for them during their yearly review. Engage in a sales process that includes paid training and is not commission-based. Work with qualified live leads transferred to you in a turn-key environment with no leads lists. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED required License: Resident Health Insurance License in hand with CE completed Sales Skills: Charismatic and persuasive individuals who excel at building relationships and closing deals Technical Proficiency: Ability to toggle between multiple systems while communicating with customers; intermediate/advanced technical proficiency Availability: Open availability between 7am12am EST, 7 days a week during the season Pay and Roles: Seasonal pay rates progress to $21/hr on the first day of the selling season and return to base rates afterward; pay rates vary by program fit Remote Work Requirements: PC or laptop with Windows 10, high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps download, 6 Mbps upload), Ethernet connection (WIFI not acceptable), minimum two monitors (13 inches or larger), VoIP headset with microphone and webcam, dedicated quiet workspace; additional equipment tested during interview About ResultsCX ResultsCX is a customer experience partner serving Fortune 100 and 500 companies.
