What Youll Be Doing as a Retail Sales Associate
Engage enthusiastically with customers within the AT&T retail store, initiating conversations and building immediate rapport.
Conduct customer needs assessments to recommend personalized AT&T solutions for connectivity and entertainment.
Present and demonstrate AT&T products and services such as smartphones, tablets, smart home devices, fiber internet, and DIRECTV with confidence and clarity.
Achieve and consistently exceed individual and team sales targets for new customer acquisitions, upgrades, and accessory sales.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system, including new account activations, plan changes, and equipment purchases.
Educate customers on AT&T promotions, pricing, and terms, ensuring transparency and understanding before finalizing sales.
Provide exceptional post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Effectively handle customer objections by employing active listening, validating concerns, and providing informed, value-driven solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all AT&T product launches, service updates, competitive offerings, and industry trends.
