Compensation Range: $30.00/hr – $44.00/hr

Job Description:
Oversee portions of the category P&L, driving revenue and margin improvements while streamlining operations through data-driven insights.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned portions of the category P&L to meet revenue and margin goals

  • Develop and implement SOPs to automate and streamline communication

  • Collaborate with internal teams to research and resolve customer or seller issues

  • Analyze business performance using Excel, SQL, and visualization tools

  • Prepare data-driven insights for weekly and monthly business reviews

Requirements:

  • Must-Haves:

    • 3 years in retail, operations, product/program management, or business management/consulting

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

    • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data cleansing)

    • Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Academic or internship experience in data analysis, supply chain, or procurement

    • Financial analysis experience

    • SQL proficiency

    • Cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams

    • Knowledge of reverse logistics or recommerce operations
