\n Develop and implement SOPs to automate and streamline communication
\n Collaborate with internal teams to research and resolve customer or seller issues
\n Analyze business performance using Excel, SQL, and visualization tools
\n Prepare data-driven insights for weekly and monthly business reviews
\n \n Requirements: \n \n Must-Haves: \n \n 3 years in retail, operations, product/program management, or business management/consulting
\n Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
\n Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data cleansing)
\n Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI
\n Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n \n Nice-to-Haves: \n \n Academic or internship experience in data analysis, supply chain, or procurement \n Financial analysis experience \n SQL proficiency \n Cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams \n Knowledge of reverse logistics or recommerce operations \n \n
