Job Description: Oversee portions of the category P&L, driving revenue and margin improvements while streamlining operations through data-driven insights.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Manage assigned portions of the category P&L to meet revenue and margin goals Develop and implement SOPs to automate and streamline communication Collaborate with internal teams to research and resolve customer or seller issues Analyze business performance using Excel, SQL, and visualization tools Prepare data-driven insights for weekly and monthly business reviews Requirements: Must-Haves: 3+ years in retail, operations, product/program management, or business management/consulting Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data cleansing) Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-Haves: Academic or internship experience in data analysis, supply chain, or procurement Financial analysis experience SQL proficiency Cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams Knowledge of reverse logistics or recommerce operations
