A busy retail store is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, and skilled at managing both staff and inventory. This is a full-time role with hours Sunday-Thursday 10:00 AM-6:00 PM and Friday 10:00 AM-2:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and staff scheduling. Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals. Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve issues promptly. Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor relationships. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: 3+ years of retail management experience preferred. Proven track record of meeting sales goals and managing staff. Tech-savvy with experience using POS systems and inventory management tools. Ability to work the required schedule: Sunday-Thursday 10:00 AM-6:00 PM, Friday 10:00 AM-2:00 PM.
