As a Retail Store Leadership Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Establishing and maintaining outstanding Guest Services.
Overseeing store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
Controlling expenses and managing shrinkage.
Human resources management, including training and developing team members.
Managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control while adhering to company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have prior retail management experience and be at least 21 years old. This role requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours.
