Job Summary & Scope: The Retail Store General Manager is responsible for leading a high-performing team to drive top-line sales growth and manage all aspects of a single retail store, including the salon. This position requires a passion for process excellence, a drive for results, and the ability to lead, influence, and develop the team. Duties & Responsibilities: Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed sales goals and achieve operational excellence Attract, hire, and retain top talent while addressing staffing needs and open positions Adhere to and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards to drive store improvements Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred 3-5+ years of fast-paced, retail management experience Proficient with basic technology and excellent communication skills Special Position Requirements: Work a flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Attend corporate business meetings and conferences, including overnight stays, and interstate travel Working Conditions: Frequent use of a computer, telephonic devices, and related office supplies Continuous mobility throughout the store during shift Frequent bending, pushing, reaching, and twisting during shift
