As a Shift Leader, you'll be the captain of your shift, leading the team in delivering a magical Kilwins experience! Whether it's welcoming customers, whipping up mouth-watering waffle cones, or making sure our chocolate cases look perfect, you'll play a key role in spreading sweetness all day long.
Your Sweet Responsibilities: Open or close the store with confidence and a smile Lead your team in crafting chocolates, making fudge, and scooping ice cream Provide top-notch customer service by greeting every guest and sharing the Kilwins story (we'll teach you all about it!) Maintain a clean, fun, and welcoming environment for customers and team members Handle sales transactions accurately, restock treats, and set up eye-catching displays Support and uplift your team, turning every shift into a fun, collaborative experience What You Bring to the Table: A love for working with people and a friendly personality that shines A passion for customer service with a sprinkle of enthusiasm Leadership skills to motivate your team and create an inclusive, fun atmosphere Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, sugary environment No prior experience required-we'll show you how to make the magic happen!
