As a Shift Leader, you'll be the captain of your shift, leading the team in delivering a magical Kilwins experience! Whether it's welcoming customers, whipping up mouth-watering waffle cones, or making sure our chocolate cases look perfect, you'll play a key role in spreading sweetness all day long.
