Job Title: Retail Customer Service Associate Job Summary: This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives and provide solutions. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in all areas of the business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping.
