About The Role Join our dynamic team as a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, where your main focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service. You'll engage with customers at the point of sale and in customer service roles, ensuring smooth transactions and an exceptional shopping experience. What You'll Do Warmly greet customers and assist them with their product and service inquiries while efficiently operating the cash register and handling various payment methods. Provide fast, friendly, and courteous service while adhering to company standards for customer interactions. Strive to achieve or surpass individual sales goals, including those related to credit and loyalty programs. Contribute to inventory accuracy by diligently completing point of sale and merchandise processes. Train and mentor new team members, sharing best practices and ensuring compliance with Kohl's brand standards. Engage in daily operational tasks, including cash balancing and inventory replenishment.
