Join our dynamic team at Spencer's as a Retail Sales Team Member! We offer an hourly rate ranging from $11.00 to $11.25, based on your qualifications and experience. Your primary responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional Guest Services in alignment with Company Standards. Supporting the Store Management Team by driving sales and conducting housekeeping. Assisting with merchandising, signage, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. The minimum age requirement for this position is 17, and the job may entail: Climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Potentially standing or walking for up to 8 hours a day.
