The anticipated compensation for this role is $15.00 per hour, which may vary based on your location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Process various sales transactions efficiently. Encourage customer participation in company programs. Ensure a safe, clean, and organized store environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Strong communication skills with customers and team members. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary (attendance policy adherence is required). Capable of lifting, bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling and twisting, as well as safety climbing up/down ladders. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds intermittently, and stand/move for your entire shift.
