Your Role as a Retail Sales Specialist As a full-time Retail Sales Specialist at Verizon, you will have the opportunity to shape your career while making a difference in the lives of our customers. In this dynamic role, you will: Drive retail sales by leveraging your enthusiasm for cutting-edge technology and delivering outstanding customer service.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and build meaningful connections.
Provide tailored product insights and recommendations to deliver a comprehensive sales solution.
Utilize your communication skills to close sales effectively and meet customer needs.
Assist in merchandising and other operational functions to ensure store success.
Support nearby Verizon stores based on business demands.
Make outbound calls to existing Verizon customers to promote our exciting products and services.
Immediate Hiring: Competitive Compensation We are urgently hiring for this entry-level position with a salary range of $49,000 to $59,000 per year, including base pay and commission based on your individual performance. What We Seek in You We're looking for candidates who: Have a high school diploma or GED.
Bring one or more years of work experience.
Are ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Are flexible to take on additional shifts during peak seasons.
Bonus Qualifications: It’s a plus if you have: An associate's degree.
Experience in commission-based sales.
Customer service experience.
Skills in communicating with customers to find solutions.
