Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about our products and collaborating with team members for excellent sales support. Achieve sales goals, create outstanding customer experiences, and uphold operational standards. Maintain personal productivity goals consistently. Engage with every customer through open-ended questions to better understand their needs. Show a proactive willingness to learn about and share insights on products and trends that meet customer needs. Stay informed about all product knowledge, including current and upcoming trends. Promote a positive, inclusive environment among colleagues. Qualifications: 0-3 years of retail experience. Comfortable and confident in engaging customers to provide an elevated shopping experience. Driven to achieve excellent results through enthusiastic interactions with customers and a passion for athletic products. Self-starter who takes initiative to complete tasks without direct supervision. Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Benefits: Rate of Pay: $11.70 / hour
