Communicate effectively and empathetically with customers, helping to overcome their challenges. Deliver outstanding customer service to foster lasting relationships. Handle a variety of services, including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill paying, and card services. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with all industry regulations and safety guidelines. We're seeking Sales Associates with an entrepreneurial spirit who can work independently and take accountability for overall store performance. Building trust with customers is crucial, so strong listening and communication skills are essential. A good understanding of our diverse financial products and services will be beneficial. Travel Requirements: Local travel may be necessary, including visits to multiple stores in a day. Physical Demands: This job requires standing for extended periods, as well as sitting, walking, reaching, and engaging in verbal communication.
