Daily Responsibilities: Understand and meet customers' unique needs with our financial products and services. Communicate effectively, build trust, and foster exceptional customer relationships. Handle various store services including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services with accuracy and confidentiality. What We’re Looking For: A customer-centric attitude with strong sales skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to overall store performance. Retail experience of 2+ years is preferred, and proficiency in Spanish is a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform various physical tasks. Might lift and/or move up to 25 lbs occasionally.
