Be knowledgeable of all recipes presented in the menu. Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance. Report to work on time and as scheduled, wearing a complete uniform. Requirements As a Retail Sales Associate, some of your core activities will include: Prepare frozen desserts that include ice cream scoops, Dazzlers, Shakes and Smoothies. Operate the point-of-sale register, processing orders and accepting payments. Clean-up and organize customer area, production area, and back-room / storage. Prepare and re-stock ingredients. Perform all activities outlined in shift management procedures. Candidate must meet the following requirements: Must be at least 16 years of age. Willing to perform all assigned activities. Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment. Ability to resolve guest concerns with empathy and care. Prior customer service experience a plus but not required. Weekend availability
