To perform the activities assigned to you, we expect that you will:

• Be attentive and extremely courteous to our guests.
• Be knowledgeable of all recipes presented in the menu.
• Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance.
• Report to work on time and as scheduled, wearing a complete uniform.

Requirements

As a Retail Sales Associate, some of your core activities will include:

• Prepare frozen desserts that include ice cream scoops, Dazzlers, Shakes and Smoothies.
• Operate the point-of-sale register, processing orders and accepting payments.
• Clean-up and organize customer area, production area, and back-room / storage.
• Prepare and re-stock ingredients.
• Perform all activities outlined in shift management procedures.

Candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Willing to perform all assigned activities.
• Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment.
• Ability to resolve guest concerns with empathy and care.
• Prior customer service experience a plus but not required.
• Weekend availability
