Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customer needs and making personalized styling recommendations. Ensure merchandise is well-organized and in the right place on the sales floor, ready to impress customers. Use brand behaviors and personalized service to drive brand loyalty. Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer. Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
