Retail Representative

The Retail Representative plays a critical role in driving brand awareness and lead generation through strategic event and retail marketing initiatives. This position requires a dynamic leader capable of managing large teams, executing high-impact marketing strategies, and delivering measurable results in fast-paced environments.

Lead and manage a team of 50+ Associate Managers across retail and event channels.

Drive lead generation and increase brand presence through retail storefronts, events, shows, fairs, expos, and festivals.

Master Renewal by Andersen's methodology, product offerings, and current promotions.

Execute and exceed KPIs including HPD (Homeowner Per Day), promo rates, cancel rates, and CPLU (Cost Per Lead Unit).

Oversee scheduling and staffing across multiple locations and events.

Develop strategic performance plans and foster leadership at all levels.

Ensure consistent brand standards in event set-up and take-down.

Implement employee engagement and retention strategies in high-volume environments.

Proven experience in end-to-end event planning, including logistics, execution, and post-event analysis.

Expertise in lead generation strategies tailored to both event and retail-based environments.

Strong background in organizational development and team structuring.

Familiarity with performance management systems (e.g., Coaching Plans, PIPs).

Ability to communicate and adapt across diverse personality types (DiSC methodology).

Previous experience in the home improvement industry is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to balance staffing needs across multiple events or locations.

High integrity and professionalism.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
