Responsibilities include:

Engaging proactively with customers and prospects to assess needs and identify opportunities.

Recommending tailored financial solutions, including banking, investments, and lending products.

Promoting digital and self-serve banking options.

Handling customer transactions and building relationships within the community.

Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including credit and risk management.

Making credit recommendations for personal and home financing.

Participating as a collaborative team member and contributing to branch improvements.

Maintaining current knowledge of products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

Reporting suspicious activities and protecting bank assets.

Qualifications include:

2-3 years of relevant experience and a related post-secondary degree or equivalent.

Relevant licensing and qualifications for lending and investment products.

Knowledge of personal and small business banking needs.

Experience in customer service and sales, with a focus on personalized service.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work flexibly across multiple branches and schedules.
