Customer Experience Welcome and assist customers and patients with their needs, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to enhance satisfaction. Share effective customer service practices with team members, emphasizing the importance of greeting and engaging with customers. Build strong relationships with our most valued customers. Operations Process customer transactions accurately at the cash register, including handling cash, returns, and refunds. Recommend products that enhance the customer experience, and guide them to items in the store when necessary. Operate pharmacy systems to check the status of prescriptions and report any discrepancies immediately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of counters and shelves. Assist with inventory, pricing, and stock management as directed by management. Implement asset protection procedures to minimize loss, and ensure compliance with regulations regarding controlled substances and beverages. Help construct appealing displays for promotions and seasonal items. Participate in store maintenance, ensuring a neat and orderly appearance. Adhere to all company policies and foster respectful relationships with coworkers. Take on additional tasks and assignments as needed. Training & Personal Development Engage in training sessions and complete personal development plans as required by your manager. External Basic Qualifications Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications At least six months of experience in a retail environment. Previous experience with our company is a plus.
