Role: Retail Operations Specialist Role type: Individual Contributor Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST Locations: Austin TX(Onsite) Job Summary: As a Store Support Coordinator, you will be the first line of support for our retail stores, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by resolving issues related to systems, and store processes. You will work closely with store teams, IT, and L2/3 teams to deliver timely and effective solutions that enhance the in-store experience for both employees and customers. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level support for store operations, including POS systems, inventory discrepancies, and procedural queries. Monitor and respond to support tickets and calls from store teams in a timely manner. Triage through available documentation and knowledge or escalate to appropriate teams while ensuring clear documentation and follow-up. Maintain accurate records of support activities and contribute to knowledge base documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Qualifications : 2–3 years of experience in retail operations or store support preferred. Strong communication, probing and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with retail systems (POS, ticketing tools) in nice to have Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
