Oversee hiring, training, and scheduling for a team of 20-60 coworkers Ensure food safety and compliance at all times Manage ordering and inventory control effectively Analyze Profit and Loss statements to drive financial success Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and inviting environment What We’re Looking For: Exceptional people skills for resolving both coworker and customer concerns A love for fast-paced work and the ability to adapt quickly to change A proactive approach to problem-solving and prioritizing challenges A passion for helping and mentoring team members Commitment to creating an inviting store atmosphere Previous management or leadership experience is a plus Work Schedule: Our Retail Operations Assistant Managers are typically scheduled for 45 hours over a 5-day workweek and earn time and a half for any hours worked over 40 in a week.
