You will be instrumental in crafting and executing business plans to meet sales and profit targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The Retail Operations Assistant Manager will also be responsible for: Meeting and exceeding customer expectations Leading meetings with team members Maintaining strong relationships with vendors In this role, you will mentor, guide, and develop your team through effective hiring, training, and team management practices.
