Key Responsibilities: Drive sales to consistently exceed personal sales targets. Promote our Music & Arts lesson program to attract new customers. Build relationships and create business opportunities by networking with local schools, churches, and community groups. Deliver engaging sales presentations developed from training to engage customers effectively. Ensure outstanding customer service by treating every customer with respect and care. Foster customer loyalty through exceptional service and follow-up. Contribute to all aspects of store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
