In this role, you will play a key part in achieving individual sales goals, enhancing store profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service while taking on senior-level responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales to consistently exceed personal sales targets. Promote our Music & Arts lesson program to attract new customers. Build relationships and create business opportunities by networking with local schools, churches, and community groups. Deliver engaging sales presentations developed from training to engage customers effectively. Ensure outstanding customer service by treating every customer with respect and care. Foster customer loyalty through exceptional service and follow-up. Contribute to all aspects of store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance. Maintain security for store keys and personal alarm codes. Take on additional duties as assigned to support store operations. Why Join Music & Arts? Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Strong knowledge of musical instruments and music theory.
