The Retail Banking Supervisor oversees the successful operation of the Retail Banker and Personal Banker areas of the branch. This position is responsible for the training, scheduling, and daily Personal Banker/Retail Banker activities as needed. This role is an on-site position based in our Somerset, WI branch location. Minimum travel to other branch locations may be required for training, meetings, etc. (eligible for mileage reimbursement). Hours for this position range between 7:45AM-5:30PM Monday - Friday onsite, with a Saturday rotation of 8:15AM-12:00PM every fourth Saturday working remotely unless otherwise needed onsite. Retail Banking Supervisor duties and job functions: Responsible for managing Retail Bankers and Personal Bankers, including day-to-day activities such as scheduling, training, vault, ATM, security and reporting/compliance responsibilities Has a higher override authority level and will handle complex issues and problems Provides recommendations regarding interviewing/hiring, performance reviews, performance improvement, termination, and salary adjustments Ensures adherence to all bank policies and procedures concerning Retail Banker functions Works with vendors for maintenance and supply needs for the department Participates in internal and external audits as needed Orders and ships money for the Fed Familiarity in Personal Banker department tasks to provide backup Assists with Retail Banking duties as necessary Assists Retail Bankers when balancing issues come about using knowledge of common errors Answers phones as necessary based on branch needs Assists with Safe Deposit Box entry Follows all directives of the FNC Bank Retail Banker and Personal Banker manuals Completes ongoing online training as assigned Other duties as assigned Pay and benefit options include: Pay is commensurate with education and/or experience Shift differential of $7/hour on top of your regular/OT rate for hours worked on Saturdays 401(k) retirement savings eligibility the first of the month after hired, Bank match vested immediately Paid vacation hours, Paid sick hours, and Holiday pay for all holidays observed by the Federal Reserve System Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account (HSA) options with Bank contribution + Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options 100% Company Paid Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and Group Term Life/AD&D Wellness Program Additional voluntary benefit options include Supplemental Life/AD&D for Employees, Spouse, and Children, Critical Illness coverage, Whole Life Insurance coverage, Hospital Indemnity coverage, and Group Accident Insurance Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent A minimum of three years\' experience in financial institution Personal Banker/Retail Banker activities Excellent communication skills required; ability to work in a team environment, learn quickly, and apply knowledge as needed Proficient in computer skills and ability to operate standard office equipment Ability to uphold confidentiality and customer privacy in all situations Software Operating Requirements Include: General knowledge of document origination software preferred Familiarity with Windows Microsoft Office Suite products including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams Core Bank Software (Jack Henry) FNC Bank is an Equal Opportunity and Family Friendly Workplace certified employer.
