You will support the Operations Manager by managing employees, overseeing stock and visual merchandising, ensuring asset protection, and facilitating training. Responsibilities Oversee the shipment of merchandise to the warehouse for Returns to Vendor (RTV) and store transfers, ensuring timely processing. Retrieve merchandise and fulfill customer orders efficiently. Reconcile transfer documents and receiving paperwork in line with company policies. Maintain strict adherence to loss prevention policies to minimize shrinkage. Implement visual merchandising standards, price adjustments, and other directives that enhance the customer experience. Qualifications Proven leadership skills with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Confident in interacting with team members and guiding them effectively. Resourceful and adaptable in a dynamic omni-channel retail environment. Self-motivated and capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision. Strong cognitive and mathematical abilities, including problem-solving and decision-making. Embrace high ethical standards, values, integrity, and trust. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
