Job Description As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in our success by: Building and nurturing a strong team of Sales Associates. Training and coaching employees on policies, procedures, and their respective job duties. Proactively engaging with customers and developing lasting relationships. Driving sales of tile and related products to exceed customer expectations. Gaining a comprehensive understanding of store and warehouse operations. Leading by example to achieve and surpass sales goals. Learning the installation process and products to effectively educate customers. Tracking store sales goals and providing regular updates. Keeping customers informed about product delivery statuses. Upholding professional standards to maintain The Tile Shop brand integrity. Creating schedules for Associates and Warehouse Personnel. Ensuring inventory accuracy. Practicing excellent business practices at all times. Performing other related duties as assigned. *First year income expected 60-75K at target Qualifications We seek individuals who have: Weekend availability. A minimum of 1 year of retail management experience. Previous sales experience. A proven ability to build, develop, and motivate a sales team. A strong work ethic and a drive to exceed expectations. A collaborative spirit in a fast-paced, commission-based environment. A willingness to learn and grow, adapting from feedback. A positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. A creative sense of design, able to coordinate various styles, colors, and textures. Basic mathematical and computer skills.
