Role Responsibilities: As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in coaching and inspiring store staff. You will work closely with the Store Manager to develop and nurture talent within the team, continuing our legacy of exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include: Providing outstanding customer service Processing cash and credit transactions Responsible selling of alcohol, tobacco, and lottery products Ensuring a clean and organized store environment Assisting with training and developing team members Flexibility in your schedule is essential, as you will work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A High School diploma or equivalent is required, and having some college credits along with relevant work experience is a plus. Qualifications: Minimum of one year of retail experience Engaging customer service and interactive leadership style Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift at least 50 lbs.
