Responsibilities: Lead the shop effectively in the absence of the manager. Assist partners and customers with queries and concerns. Acquire in-depth knowledge of Stewart's operations, tools, and culture. Inspire others by example and foster a positive, enjoyable atmosphere. Support in writing schedules and managing requests. Prepare a variety of food items including pastries, sandwiches, wraps, hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, and other quick options. Prepare and serve coffee, ensuring a range of flavors is available throughout the day. Scoop and serve ice cream to our valued customers. Process customer transactions at the register smoothly and efficiently. Restock shop shelves, cooler, and freezer as needed. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in and outside the shop. Stay informed about shop promotions and effectively communicate these to customers. We Offer: Competitive starting pay of $19 - $23/hour based on experience, along with a robust benefits package.
