In the absence of the Store Manager, you will take on all managerial responsibilities. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive sales and achieve profit goals for your store. Responsibilities: Inspire and motivate your team to exceed sales targets through outstanding customer service. Ensure customers receive high satisfaction levels by being knowledgeable about all products and collaborating with team members. Meet and exceed sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational goals. Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, and store leadership. Learn about and share insights on products and trends to meet customers' needs effectively. Stay informed about product knowledge and upcoming trends. Help create a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees. Qualifications: Proven leadership skills with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing retail setting. Confident and engaging communicator who provides an elevated customer experience. Driven by results and enthusiastic about engaging with customers and athletic products. Adaptable and resourceful in the fast-paced omni-channel retail environment. Proactive in completing tasks with minimal supervision. Strong cognitive and mathematical abilities, including problem-solving and financial analysis. Possess high ethical standards, integrity, and trustworthiness. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
