Join Our Team as a Retail Assistant Manager! Are you a driven individual with a passion for customer service and team development? We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Assistant Manager to be a vital part of our store operations. In this role, you will support daily store activities and enhance the shopping experience for our customers. Assist in running store functions and oversee day-to-day operations Provide excellent customer service by helping customers with their inquiries and resolving any issues Manage the organization and transfer of merchandise from delivery to sales floor and ensure seasonal displays are well-maintained Conduct opening and closing procedures to maintain store integrity Implement all corporate directives, including communications related to store activities Keep store displays and promotional materials effective and engaging Participate in ordering merchandise, handling damaged goods, and maintaining accurate record keeping Ensure a tidy store environment by managing cleanliness and organization Protect company assets and adhere to safety guidelines Support the Store Manager in training, supervising, and developing staff Foster a positive, safe, and respectful work environment for customers and staff Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms and common areas Perform additional duties as required Skills and Experience Required: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to understand operational directives is necessary Previous store management experience in a retail or grocery environment is advantageous Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform various physical tasks including walking and standing Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential Capacity to work effectively in a high-energy team environment Exceptional organizational and customer service skills needed Proficient problem-solving and decision-making abilities required Perks and Benefits: We offer a range of rewards to support your health and well-being, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, employee assistance programs, educational assistance, and more!
