Your responsibilities will include: Providing dynamic leadership within the restaurant. Managing Human Resources tasks such as performance assessments, scheduling, recruitment, discipline, coaching, and training team members. Overseeing financial operations including inventory control, productivity forecasting, cost management, and financial reporting. Achieving financial goals and targets. Implementing local marketing initiatives and promotions to drive business. Handling daily financial deposits and cash management. Ensuring compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Staying informed of competitors' promotions, trends, and growth opportunities. Promoting and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Addressing and resolving customer concerns effectively. Ensuring product quality and adherence to all Pizza Hut standards. Ordering supplies and fostering good relationships with vendors. Collaborating with the District Manager to enhance market performance. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant or food industry setting, with a proven track record in a management position. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to coach and develop team members effectively. You should also exhibit analytical thinking, basic math and accounting skills, and a positive, customer-centric attitude. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, is essential. You will report to the District Manager.
