What You'll Do As a general manager, you will be responsible for: Running a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald's high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Setting restaurant goals and creating action plans with your leadership team to achieve success. Leading and mentoring department and shift managers by setting goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching to improve their departments. What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate: Has leadership experience: previous experience as a general manager in high-volume locations, preferably in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail.
