Responsibilities Lead with a guest-first mentality and a composed, professional demeanor in all situations. Partner with culinary leadership to uphold high standards for food quality and presentation. Support P&L management, budgeting, and cost control initiatives. Identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability while maintaining the guest experience. Build strong guest relationships through floor presence, polished interactions, and responsive service recovery.
