Restaurant Manager Responsibilities

Responsible for all team member performance in assigned department. Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow-through. Prior experience working in and recruiting from the Boston market.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

At ease with high guest traffic counts - previous experience working in an establishment that did $7 million-plus in annualized sales. Possesses exceptional craft cocktail and beer knowledge to develop the sales skills of the surrounding team. Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 50+ immediate direct reports.

Restaurant Manager Benefits
