Demonstrated success in overseeing FOH and BOH operations, financial performance, and staffing strategy
Strong people leadership skills with a proven ability to recruit, train, and retain top talent
Solid background in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost controls in a scratch kitchen environment
