Property Manager (Commercial/Retail) - Denver, CO Maintain tenant and vendor relations. Manage preventative maintenance contracts and property inspection reports Knowledge of insurance policies. Work with AP/AR on invoicing and payments. Must have a strong working knowledge and application of NNN leases. Prepare monthly variance reports and budgets. Manages capital projects for portfolio. 5 years of commercial and/or retail property management work experience. Yardi- Preferred, not required Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, writing skills Prior commercial real estate experience a must.
