Project Manager Tech 2 We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager Tech 2 to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of project management, content curation, technical documentation, and testing expertise. You will work cross-functionally with product, content, and partner teams to streamline processes, deliver high-quality content and documentation, and ensure seamless user experiences through rigorous testing. Key Responsibilities Coordinate workflows across product, content, and partner teams; set clear goals, timelines, and deliverables; monitor progress; and provide status updates to stakeholders. Research, organize, and adapt high-quality content from multiple sources to meet audience needs, ensuring accuracy, readability, SEO alignment, and accessibility. Collaborate with area owners to create clear and concise technical and workflow documentation, including guidelines, instructions, and examples for partner teams. Perform detailed manual testing across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. Validate scenarios involving multiple accounts and user roles. Conduct usability and accessibility testing with a UX focus. Write and execute test cases, document defects, and perform regression and exploratory testing. Set up and maintain test environments. Key Skills Strong process management and coordination skills with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in content curation and adapting materials for diverse audiences. Skilled in authoring clear and actionable technical documentation. Strong quality assurance practices and detail-oriented testing skills. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional teams (product, content, partner) with strong communication and stakeholder engagement. 35 years of hands-on manual testing experience across web, desktop, and mobile environments.
